Quality sleep. We all need it. Even if it is just for an hour or so because you are feeding your baby every three hours, you definitely need sleep to be healthy. In fact, as you can see HERE, only 3% of us are good to go on just six hours of sleep. This episode is not about how much sleep you should get, although it could be. This episode is more about making sure that your kids get enough sleep or at least stay in their bed long enough for you to get your quality sleep you need to help take care of them. My wife and I had our little girl get out of bed at 5am ready to go every day and that was just not going to work.
