Pizza. We all love it. I am not saying that you need to eat it every week, but every now and then it is ok. I know what you’re thinking…”but this dude is Vegan!” Yes, I am and I only eat Vegan pizzas, but whether you are vegan or vegetarian or a crazy meat lover, you can use what I am giving you here to help super-charge your make-at-home pizza experience. Both of them are pre-made and able to purchase from the frozen section, but I choose to add to them to make them super plant-powered and nutritious.

Pizza #1 – The No Cheese Avocado Ranch Pizza
Prepared in just 15-minutes, this pie is great for adults that don’t like any type of cheese. Some vegans I know don’t like vegan cheese and that’s ok! This pie is sure to make you happy. Pictured here is an Amy’s No Cheese Roasted Vegetable Pizza. All you have to do is heat up your oven, put the pizza in and then dice up some fresh greens like spinach, an avocado and drizzle a bit of vegan ranch dressing on top and you have an amazing, nutrient-packed meal. So much to love in so little time.

Pizza #2- The Vegan Cheese Margherita Pizza
I wish I had something incredible to tell you about this Amy’s Vegan Margherita Cheese Pizza other than just pop it in the oven and you are good to go. The pizza bakes at 450 degrees and it does not take very long, but man is it good. Make sure you check this one out. My little man loves this one and when we have pizza night he could eat the whole thing if I let him. The dough is soft and has a great crunch to it on the outside when it bakes just right. Add a little bit of extra marinara for dipping your crust in and you’ve got it made! Enjoy!
